  Summer Season for 2010 will start on June 26th and end on September 4th.

RATES:

Summer - weekly rate is $925.⁰⁰ . Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit  of $300.⁰⁰.

Off-Season - weeks and weekends before June 26th and after September 4th are available. Weeks are at the lower rate of $515.⁰⁰ . Weekend rates for the off-season are: Friday to Sunday weekends for $300.⁰⁰  and holiday weekends (Friday to Monday) for $375.⁰⁰ .

State of New Hampshire 9% Rooms & Rentals tax applies to all  short term rentals. 

• Sleeps 6 people: full kitchen facilities, cable/DVD TV, Wi-Fi.

• Right on the beach (no road to cross, canoe & rowboat on site!)

• Park the car all week (store, marina & restaurants close by).
