Reservations for the 2012 season begin at 12:00 noon on 12/31/11 - Call early! You can reserve your week by calling 603-921-2099 Opening: May 25th for Memorial Day Weekend - pre-season weeks and weekends available (see off-season rates below). Summer Season for 2012 will start on June 23rd and end on September 2nd. The Summer rate is $995.00 per week. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit of $300.00. Off-Season - Weeks before June 23rd and beginning September 2nd are available at the lower rate of $550.00 per week. Weekend rates for the off-season are: Friday to Sunday weekends for $325.00 and holiday weekends (Friday to Monday) for $400.00 .
PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION. STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE 9% ROOMS & RENTALS TAX APPLIES TO ALL SHORT TERM RENTALS.

Due to extreme increases in taxes and other expenses, we are unfortunately compelled to raise our rates for the upcoming season.
Having held the line on our rates for the past 4 years, we regret that we have to institute an increase on our rates but hope that you will continue to enjoy the beach and the amenities we provide for you.
