Dear Friends:

 All of us would like to wish you and yours a wonderful holiday season and extend our desire that each and every one of you have a happy and healthy New Year.

We thank you for your past loyalty and hope that you will join us once again next summer. We regretfully have had to raise our rates due to a 30% increase in property taxes as well as the expected inflation of other expenses but we have tried to keep the hike to a minimum.
