kitchen-living room and a spacious loft, all finished in polished

knotty-pine board. Downstairs also has laundry alcove, two

bedrooms and bathroom with oversize shower. Wrap around

deck has a nice view of the lake; a picnic table is provided.

Live in a pleasant two-acre lakeside cottage community

offering privacy and easy accessibility to stores and local

attractions. A large, seasonal convenience store/gas  station,

                                      summer restaurants and boat rentals are within walking

                                           distance. Numerous summer activities and attractions are

                                           nearby. Newfound has salmon, trout, bass and other excellent 

                                           fish. Many hiking and biking trails are

                                           nearby, as well as a number of excellent

                                           mountain climbing trails. For winter fun,

                                           we are close to major ski areas (Ragged

                                           Mtn, Tenney Mtn, Gunstock, Loon, and

                                           others); you can ice-fish, snowmobile,

                                           snowshoe or cross-country ski from your

Exit 20 in Tilton and only two hours from Boston, MA. Town of Bristol amenities include full-time fire/ambulance service, police, library, town offices and schools; many year-round restaurants and shops.
